We thoroughly enjoyed staff and rooms, every detail was provided.

I liked this great budget hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff were attentive and amicable as well, will come back. The venue had a central location and it was very close to Nederlander Theatre. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a safe area.

The staff is courteous, the breakfast above average, the ocation is brilliant close to Central Park and The Met.

By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in New York City, had much fun. The breakfast had lots of options and included pastries and croissants.

Liked my wonderful stay at hotel. Magnificent and incredible location close to Walter Kerr Theatre.

bed is relatively comfortable. location is central. price is good.

one should not expect too much at that price. rooms are tiny and already very "rocked down". it is relatively loud, didn't bother us that much.

A simple but varied breakfast. Fruit, coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Possibility to leave suitcases at the reception. Friendly staff.

beds are comfortable, there was hot water, room was clean, young man who welcomed us the day we arrived was very nice. the location is the best! We were at a corner of Times Square!

The room was very small and cramped for two people.

location of the hotel, including a view of times square directly from the room, is unbeatable for the price. rooms were very clean and quite well equipped. staff was always friendly and helpful.

The mentioned breakfast was really only very "basic" - those who do not necessarily want to eat cornflakes from a plastic bowl with a plastic spoon while standing (as there are only very few seats available) should rather have breakfast.

There was always coffee (24 hours a day) and sometimes even cookies in the afternoon. There was an ice machine. We were not far from a subway station from which we could go almost everywhere (usually without change, respectively with 1 change at the most).

The rooms were very small. We'd arranged it well, but a little more space would have been nice.

great location to explore nyc, you are right on times square and hells kitchen with great pubs and restaurants is also just around the corner. breakfast was much better than we expected. after we saw the small counter we thought, well, will not work. we were wrong, it was absolutely okay for american standards. with a lot of pkastic dishes, unfortunately that is mostly the case.

rooms are already very small. luckily we had travelling bags and no suitcases, because there is no place to put them. there is also not much space in the cupboard. most of the time it was like a puzzle game to move around in the room in pairs. it was very loud, what one could recognize by the earplugs in the bathroom. unfortunately they did not help. traffic very loud, okay it's nyc, that's just the way it is. the air conditioning was like a tractor in the room. at breakfast there was absolutely not enough space to sit. i find the price for what the hotel offers too high.

situation is absolutely top! only one block from times square. you can reach a lot of things on foot (central park, empire state bld., rockefeller center, staff very friendly.

our room was quite small, as soon as the suitcase was opened on the floor, one could hardly move through the room. breakfast room was quite small, you might have to wait to get a place. once the staff put up additional tables.

The location of the hotel 2 blocks from Time Square.. 2 blocks from the theaters. There are always cookies and free coffee in the lobby at any time. The wide and clean bed.. The friendly and helpful staff.

little space in the rooms, between the bed and walls 0. 50 meters per side.. simple breakfast but is in the lobby of the hotel, with only 3 tables for people (uncomfortable, if you do not have room you have to take it standing or in the room.

Very good location and good service from the receptionists

lot of noise from the outside, from the neighboring rooms, from the AC, from the shower throwing water. heating cannot be regulated and bathtub cannot be used because it has no way of filling with water.
